We are currently seeking a dynamic and polished Office Administration, Junior Social Media Content Creator, and Marketing Assistant to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast paced, creative, and professional environment and is eager to grow within the luxury real estate industry. Key Responsibilities: - Serve as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and incoming calls, ensuring a warm and professional experience - Maintain a polished admin area and overall office presentation - Manage daily office coordination including scheduling, correspondence, and filing - Provide administrative support to agents and the management team - Assist with preparation of listing packages, presentations, brochures, and marketing materials - Support social media efforts including content creation, caption writing, basic video editing, and scheduling posts - Assist with photography coordination, property feature highlights, and behind the scenes content - Help maintain website listings and online property platforms - Coordinate email marketing campaigns and database updates - Track marketing initiatives and assist with campaign organization - Manage office supplies and liaise with vendors - Support planning and execution of client and broker events Qualifications: - Professional presentation and strong interpersonal skills - Interest in social media, marketing, and luxury branding - Strong written and verbal communication skills in English - Comfortable on social platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube - Basic knowledge of Canva, Adobe, CapCut, or similar content creation tools is an asset - Proficiency in MS Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint - Highly organized with strong attention to detail - Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment - High school diploma required, post secondary education in Marketing, Communications, or Business is considered an asset Experience: - Previous experience in admin, administration, marketing, or social media preferred - Experience in a real estate or luxury service environment is an asset Remuneration: - Competitive salary commensurate with experience and opportunity for growth within the company.
