The base salary for this position is $70,000.00 to $80,000.00 per year, plus commissions and benefits. We also offer mileage and cell phone expense reimbursements. Additionally, the company will cover the licensing license transfer fee and license fees. The company will also provide a company laptop. Job Responsibilities, but not limited to: • Provide positive customer relations and deal promptly and professionally with Owners' and Council’s concerns • Able to understand and present a financial position to council members • Effectively manage owner requests and queries as directed by the council • Suggest service requirements to clients, and develop property maintenance plans • Coordinate with strata manager assistants and property accountants • After-hours emergency on-call responsibility • Perform any other duties as required or assigned You will be working at our office located in Langley.
