We are currently seeking a dynamic and polished Office Administration, Junior Social Media Content Creator, and Marketing Assistant to join our team. Key Responsibilities: - Serve as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and incoming calls, ensuring a warm and professional experience - Maintain a polished admin area and overall office presentation - Manage daily office coordination including scheduling, correspondence, and filing - Provide administrative support to agents and the management team - Assist with preparation of listing packages, presentations, brochures, and marketing materials - Support social media efforts including content creation, caption writing, basic video editing, and scheduling posts - Assist with photography coordination, property feature highlights, and behind the scenes content - Help maintain website listings and online property platforms - Coordinate email marketing campaigns and database updates - Track marketing initiatives and assist with campaign organization - Manage office supplies and liaise with vendors - Support planning and execution of client and broker events Qualifications: - Professional presentation and strong interpersonal skills - Interest in social media, marketing, and luxury branding - Strong written and verbal communication skills in English - Comfortable on social platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube - Basic knowledge of Canva, Adobe, CapCut, or similar content creation tools is an asset - Proficiency in MS Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint - Highly organized with strong attention to detail - Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment - High school diploma required, post secondary education in Marketing, Communications, or Business is considered an asset Experience: - Previous experience in admin, administration, marketing, or social media preferred - Experience in a real estate or luxury service environment is an asset Remuneration: - Competitive salary commensurate with experience and opportunity for growth within the company.

What You’ll Do Partner closely with real estate advisors to manage listings, coordinate transactions, and support client relationships Prepare contracts, disclosures, and marketing materials accurately and efficiently Schedule and organize showings, private appointments, and open houses Act as a liaison between clients, legal teams, brokerages, and service providers to keep transactions moving seamlessly Manage database updates, MLS entries, and online marketing initiatives Compile market data and assist with creating CMAs, listing presentations, and tailored buyer packages Maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism Ensure compliance with BCFSA and GVR regulations Provide administrative and operational support to enhance team productivity What You Bring Active Real Estate Trading Services License in British Columbia At least 2 years of experience in a licensed assistant or real estate support role Strong understanding of BC real estate contracts, MLS systems, and the full transaction process Exceptional organizational skills and a high level of attention to detail Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Paragon, Webforms, and DocuSign Clear and confident communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to handle multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and professionalism Compensation & Growth We offer a competitive salary commensurate with experience and qualifications, along with opportunities for growth and development within a respected luxury brand.
