BrokerageHunt provides services for different types of users:

Seekers (Agents): Real estate professionals seeking brokerage opportunities.
Recruiters/Brokerages: Organizations looking to hire or manage their profiles.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

If you choose to create an account via a third-party service (such as Google), you authorize us to access and use certain information from that service as permitted by its terms and our Privacy Policy.

3. Information Accuracy & Disclaimers

3.1 Data Sources: The information displayed on BrokerageHunt regarding brokerages, commission splits, fees, and policies is aggregated from various sources, including:

Official submissions by authorized brokerage representatives.
Community contributions from registered users.
Administrative Transcription: Publicly available data or offline information that has been transcribed and digitized by BrokerageHunt operations staff.

3.2 No Warranty of Accuracy: While we strive to provide useful data, BrokerageHunt does not verify all information for accuracy, completeness, or timeliness. Commission structures and policies change frequently.

3.3 User Responsibility: You acknowledge that the Platform is an informational tool only. You should always verify specific terms, splits, and contracts directly with the brokerage before making any employment or affiliation decisions. We are not liable for any financial loss or disputes arising from inaccurate data.

4. Prohibited Conduct

Users agree not to:

Submit knowingly false or misleading information about brokerages.
Scrape, mine, or harvest data from the Platform without permission.
Attempt to bypass security measures or access restricted areas.
Harass, abuse, or harm other users.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BrokerageHunt shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
